By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Account Registration & Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and password. You agree to notify us immediately at support@rushdinstitute.io of any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Account Integrity: You may not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties. Each student account is meant for individual use only.

2. Course Enrollment, Payments & Access

  • Pricing & Billing: Course prices, promotional offers, and payment schedules are listed on our Platform. All payments must be made in full through our authorized payment gateways prior to gaining access to paid content.

  • Course Access: Lifetime or limited-time access to enrolled courses is granted as specified on the respective course sales page upon registration. We reserve the right to revise or update course materials to keep content accurate and relevant.

  • Refund Policy: Refund requests are subject to our specific Course Refund Policy. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 7 to 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been completed.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All content, materials, course videos, downloadable resources, code snippets, branding elements, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Rushd Institute or its licensors.

  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the course materials for your private, non-commercial, educational use only.

  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:

    • Copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any course content without prior written permission from Rushd Institute.

    • Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of our Platform or platform code.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When interacting with our Platform, discussion forums, live webinars, or community channels, you agree not to:

  • Post or transmit any abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or unlawful content.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to disrupt the functionality of the site.

  • Engage in academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or unauthorized sharing of exam/quiz answers.

  • Impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with Rushd Institute.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without a refund if you violate these conduct guidelines.

5. Certificates & Academic Integrity

  • Certificates of completion are issued only to students who fulfill all required course criteria, including lesson views, assignment submissions, and minimum passing quiz scores.

  • Misrepresenting or falsifying certificates issued by Rushd Institute is grounds for immediate account revocation and potential legal action.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • “As-Is” Service: The Platform and all course materials are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Career & Income Disclaimer: While our courses are designed to teach high-demand language, IT, and business skills, Rushd Institute does not guarantee specific job placement, salary increases, or financial returns upon course completion.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rushd Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the Platform.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Platform may contain links to third-party platforms, external tools, or partner websites. Rushd Institute does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
